If you're struggling with anxiety, depression or mood issues, dissociation, and possibly some ADHD too, I'm here for you. If you're looking to work through trauma that is making it hard for you to breathe, to function, to know and be yourself, you've come to the right place. I often treat individuals who are recognizing how past ways of functioning just aren't working for them now and who want to make real and lasting change. Together we can work through the things that are bothering you and get you to a place where you can truly feel that your past is in your past and you have the skills and strength to keep moving forward.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere to explore your concerns, using a number of evidence-based practices. I am a Registered Play Therapist (as of 12/19). I am also EMDRIA certified in EMDR (as of 7/22). I have experience and training in working with trauma and dissociation. I also have experience with CBT, DBT, and other approaches as well.
It is so important to find a therapist you feel listens, validates, and understands you and your unique strengths and struggles. Without this, little progress can be made. I look forward to speaking with you to see how we can work together.
