Many of my clients first come to see me because of Lack of confidence, Overwhelming anxiety, Feeling lost. I work with individuals & couples who are somewhere in the messy middle of stuck-ness & change. My approach is client-centered & compassion forward to support you in moving toward what it’s important to you.

Relationship with self and relationships with others are critical components to well being. My work with clients is guided by theories and concepts that support this, such as: attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), restoration therapy, person-centered therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and polyvagal theory.

I listen to understand — often listening beyond the words said, I seek to understand what is felt, undefined, and deeply meaningful. I support clients in creating definition to their values, develop tools for effective, softer, clearer, communication, and identify their needs, wants, desires so they can feel whole & able to set necessary boundaries.
