Sarah has experience in trauma focused care, crisis work, counseling, and evaluation. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist, and is skilled at meeting clients where they are through a trauma focused perspective. With a strength based and integrative approach, Sarah is passionate about moving clients into a place of change, and healing.

Sarah's areas of clinical expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, issues of abuse, crisis, relationship issues, and self esteem. Her biggest desire is to provide a safe place to process through struggles, and to connect clients with the hope and freedom that is needed to overcome.

Trauma does not have to be something big or obvious, trauma is subjective and often times stems from childhood experiences, even if our childhoods were seemingly healthy.
