Hi there! I use evidence-based models and somatic techniques including tapping, breathwork, visualization and emotion-focused practices to help you access and release what needs to be left behind. I've worked in hospital, mental health and private practice settings and I've seen the way the mind influences the body, and how we can engage them both to promote healing and growth. I have seen clients make strides in healing and become liberated from their depression, anxiety and OCD through holistic therapy practices tailored to them. My clients typically consist of women, trauma survivors, young adults, couples, Latino/a and BIPOC.
I'm certified in Parts Work which helps you gain insight into your inner strengths and resources to break patterns no longer serving you. Together we can access the parts of you that are ready for change and healing. My approach is supportive, warm and empowering with an emphasis on safely processing and progressing.
It's so normal to have questions about what to expect in therapy, especially if it's your first time. I offer free 15 minute consultations to learn more about what brings you to therapy and get any questions you may have answered. Let's connect!
