I specialize in neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ adult short-term therapy and coaching programs. My clients have the best experiences and outcomes when we both commit to 8-16 sessions focusing on specific life goals. Goals often include unmasking, executive functioning strategies, relationships/community, transitioning, meeting sensory needs, emotional regulation, interoception, and strategies for more ease and joy. Sessions begin with neurodivergent assessments so you and I can understand your experience even deeper! I also collaborate with occupaitonal therapy to offer a specialized program for neurodivergent college students.
As your therapist/coach, my intention is to create a safe environment for you to explore yourself in session. Self-awareness is the perfect foundation for building self-acceptatance and long-lasting change. Client outcomes inlcude more self-love, energy, satisfying relationships, sensory ease, ongoing use of EF strategies, gender euphoria, and more.
Starting therapy/coaching can feel vulnerable and takes courage. Its an incredibly brave step for self-care. As in any relationship, trust is built over time and with me, you can set the pace of your own journey. You can also rest assured that I do not use ABA or other similar therapies. Let's work together to overcome your challenges so you can thrive!
