My passion and specialty is couples and family therapy. I love working with couples and families who feel stuck in recurring conflict, disconnected, or uncertain about the future of their relationship. My approach combines structured assessment, practical communication tools, and deeper emotional work to help partners break negative communication cycles, rebuild trust after betrayal or hurt, strengthen friendship and emotional intimacy, and navigate parenting, stress, or life transitions as a team.
I use a strengths-based approach that integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory and Narrative Therapy to help individuals, couples, and families express themselves clearly, process emotions with more clarity, and build healthier relationship patterns.
