Welcome to Sounding Stone Counseling & Wellness, PLLC (North Carolina and Massachusetts). We offer outpatient mental health therapy services in our Clayton, North Carolina office and via telehealth throughout North Carolina and Massachusetts.

Sarah has been working with children, teens and adults in community-based and outpatient therapy settings for the past 20 years. She enjoys working with all age groups with identified need areas such as depression, anxiety, executive function, self-esteem, life changes/ transitions, transition into adulthood and parenting support.
Sarah works from an authentic, strengths-based, individualized approach. She is non-judgmental, warm, open and approaches each client with genuine interest and care. Sarah encourages potential clients to reach out with questions or to schedule an initial consultation.
