I work from a developmental trauma, attachment theory and shame basis of therapy including meeting and nurturing your inner child. I have experience with couples, narcissism abuse recovery, neurodivergence and family dynamics. If I cannot meet your needs I contract with different providers to get you to where need to be.
I work with individuals & couples in exploring childhood messages, disconnection and current life circumstances. I work with people on finding their emotions and how to process them. We will work on healing our relationships with ourselves and others and showing up in the world more aligned with our values and authenticity.
