We are not individuals who are broken that need to be fixed, we are humans having a human experience and we are constantly in a state of change that have sometimes served us & sometimes not. People who seem to work well with me are ones motivated to make changes and comfortable with awareness of self. I work from a developmental trauma, attachment theory and shame basis of therapy including meeting and nurturing your inner child. I have experience with couples, narcissism abuse recovery, neurodivergence and childhood trauma. If I can not meet your needs I contract several different providers to get you to where need to be.
I work with individuals & couples in exploring childhood messages, disconnection and current life circumstances. I offer Neurodivergent Evaluations!I work with people on finding their emotions and how to process them. We will work on healing our relationships with ourselves and others and showing up in the world more aligned with our values and authenticity!
