We are unhappy in our lives today because we have wounds from the past that have been left unhealed. These wounds generate from our basic needs not being met in childhood, abuse, loss of any kind (death of a loved one/friend, job, house, security, relationship, etc.), an unexpected accident, or any other traumas life may throw at you. These unhealed wounds are “jabbing” at you today through maladaptive and numbing behaviors, physical reactions, and emotional reactions.
With my specialized training, I am able to assist in healing these wounds to eliminate our behaviors that we are deeply ashamed of. I have training and experience in the strongest evidence based treatments for treating trauma/deep wounds, including, but not limited to EMDR, IFS, and Inner Child Work. A holistic approach is available upon request.
By uncovering who we really are, we can maneuver through the world. We can become confident in ourselves, use our personal power maturely, and live according to our lives' purpose. We can find who it is we want to be and abide by our own, individual code of honor.
