Hi, I have served in the military for 8 years, that began my passion for mental health. I have 4 years of experience in the mental health field through various positions. My passion is to serve my community and fellow Veterans who have served our country, and their families. Through my own experiences and the experiences of others, I hope to support and guide you in your healing journey with compassion, respect, non-judgment, and empathy.

Therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CPT), Art therapy, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused and a variety of other evidence-based and non-traditional therapeutic interventions that fit your journey to wellness.
