I offer counseling for adults going through life transitions, grief-related issues, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ-related issues, as well as a range of other needs. I'm passionate about working with people who are hesitant to ask for help and feel that everyone, no matter who they are, really deserve someone to hear them. Entering therapy is a brave step. I've worked in several outpatient clinics, at inpatient psychiatric hospitals, & in dual-diagnosis settings. I also have a passion for facilitating therapeutic groups. In Boston, I worked at the VA Medical Center, where I counseled veterans with HIV/AIDS, and vets with cancer.
I believe that anyone, regardless of how difficult their problems may seem, can benefit from having a therapeutic relationship.
