I approach all clients as an interaction between two people, not just you talking. I often offer feedback, insights, and sometimes direction. I love to laugh and swear with my clients, and I sometimes even cry with them. Most importantly, I see you as a unique and resilient individual with a story to tell and a healing journey ahead. I work with adults on a variety of concerns including PTSD, childhood trauma, relationship ruptures, abuse (including narcissistic abuse), Bipolar, depression, anxiety, gender, sexuality, & ADHD. My therapeutic approach is more eclectic, and I often interweave these with EMDR to help “turn down the volume”on emotional scars from the past.
Feeling seen & heard is powerful tool in the healing process. Feeling isolated and alone can make healing and coping harder. Having someone you connect with and trust to take this journey with you is an important part of the healing process.
