| Español Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist and community partner at Healing Reimagined. I've been providing trauma informed counseling in non-profits, sexual violence prevention programs, and long-term mental health & substance abuse treatment since 2018. I primarily work with individuals who are navigating anxiety and life changes, folks who have been affected by interpersonal violence, addiction, or other traumas. My intention at my practice, Rising Luna Integrative Therapy is creating a space that feels secure for folks to feel seen and heard for who they are, while moving through their own healing process.
I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and interpersonal violence and working with folks in the LGBTQIA community. Humor, mindfulness, creativity, and somatic approaches are all essential to my practice. I am also a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher and Reiki practitioner and bring movement based and energetic practices to my work.
Sometimes it can be hard to reach out and ask for help, but you are not alone in what you are facing. Together, we will develop tools that take into account your unique identities, needs and experiences. As a therapist I will hold space for you, wherever you are in your healing journey. I utilize a social justice and anti-racist framework in my practice.
