I appreciate working with neurodiverse people, the LGBTQ+ community, and people experiencing complex health conditions including chronic pain, EDS, and autoimmune disorders. I offer individual therapy sessions incorporating Internal Family Systems (Level 1 trained), EMDR, nervous system regulation awareness and tools, and mindfulness.
