My overall philosophy when it comes to our mental, emotional, and spiritual health is that we all come into this world with an original blueprint of love, safety, worthiness, and belonging. Sometimes, due to wounds of intergenerational trauma and/or broader systems of harm we are led astray from that knowing. I like to think of therapy as a wayfinding process, a process where we find our way back to the truth of who we really are so that we can be fully embodied to share our gifts that are uniquely ours to share in service to humanity. I serve women on all different paths of life, and I have a special heart for supporting mothers.
As mothers we are literally shaping the consciousness of the next generation, and many of us are doing that work without adequate support at the same time we are tending our inner wounds. I am a certified maternal mental health specialist, and am honored to serve as a guide to navigate motherhood from a place of spaciousness and joy.
My approach is decolonial, holistic and integrates mind, body, and spirit. I utilize EMDR, , somatic awareness, accessible mindfulness practices, nonviolent communication, and breathwork.
