I am a certified maternal mental health specialist and find great joy in supporting women on the path of motherhood. I am honored to hold space for women navigating the initiation into motherhood, infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma. I also love providing support and guidance around respectful parenting, coparenting and blended family dynamics.
My approach is decolonial, holistic and integrates mind, body, and spirit. I utilize EMDR, accessible mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, nonviolent communication, and breathwork.
