I am a nationally certified licensed professional counselor. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, including but not limited to CBT, CPT, DBT, and SFBT. I consider myself an ethical, but not professional, laid-back therapist. I like to tailor my approach to the person's needs since everyone is different. I try to keep an open mind and will work along your side to find the solution. I mainly utilize CBT in my sessions.
I mostly work with adults who need assistance with depression, stress, trauma, and anxiety. However, I have many years working in various different settings that have given me a nice amount of perspective and knowledge.
I am laid back and chill. Therapy shouldn't be added to the list of issues. I am spicy-brained and try to treat others as I would like to be treated. I am a nerd, and will sometimes speak in movie and music quotes.
