If you are feeling trapped and hopeless in your struggle, you are not alone. It can be terrifying to examine these challenging issues that are hijacking your life. I am passionate about helping my clients to find hope and safety for tackling the issues at hand, no matter how complex. My clients report I combine my vast knowledge-base with a warm and approachable style. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I excel at working with clients with eating disorders and complex trauma. I have deep understanding of the complexity and severity of these issues and I'm eager to help.

I have over 10 years of experience specializing in eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety. I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental experience for my clients. I have specific training in EMDR therapy. I also provide psychological testing for my clients who have deeper questions about themselves and their way of interacting with the world.

Whether you are searching for a therapist to help you find hope or to build on the hope you have for change, I would be honored to help you uncover the root of your struggles and find peace.
