I am drawn to working with individuals navigating eating disorders, addictive behaviors, and complex emotional patterns because these struggles are often misunderstood and carry a great deal of shame. Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware—yet still feel stuck in behaviors they desperately want to change.
My goal is to help clients better understand their patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. Therapy isn’t about judgment or quick fixes; it’s about understanding what’s underneath and learning new ways to respond to yourself and your life.
