In my practice, I offer a welcoming & accepting space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, & behaviors. Together, we build a steady & trusting therapeutic relationship—one grounded in curiosity, compassion, & self-reflection.
I believe active parental involvement is crucial. When working with children I require at least 1 hour-long parent session per month. No one knows your child better than you, & I believe that when therapist & parent(s) work together, meaningful change can truly take place.
My goal is to support individuals, families, adolescents & children in developing greater trust & confidence in themselves, so they can live with more intention, purpose & clarity. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, or simply seeking a new perspective, I’m here to help you gain the insight needed to create meaningful change.
