Are you constantly overthinking and struggle to live in the present? Do you find yourself getting caught in a spiral of self-criticism that leaves you feeling unmotivated to do the things you really want to do with your life? How very human of you! As a therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related stress, I enjoy showing clients that they are in charge of their lives (despite what their fear tells them). Using a self-compassion and strengths-based lens, I offer clients the permission to accept themselves and start living the life they deserve to live.
In my work, I focus on empowering clients with evidence-based information about their symptoms, then jump into the process of teaching tangible skills which aim to provide relief from unwanted mental and emotional experiences. My goal is to help clients feel better and more informed about their mental health needs.
