I have extensive training in several areas of mental health, including: its impact on our brain/physical functioning, assessment skills to discover the root of our problem, and trauma focused approaches to heal at your own pace and time. Additionally, I offer family therapy and have special training with reunification and foster/adoption/kinship care.
At the end of the day, your problem is unique to you. You do not fit a module of healing just because you have a certain diagnosis or have experienced a certain event. We are all on a unique journey together and navigating this in a partnership fosters continued growth in many aspects of life.
