I believe in having a person-centered approach to therapy where the client and therapist work collaboratively in the therapeutic process to achieve the clients goals. It is essential for me to create a safe, authentic, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment for my clients so they can feel empowered and motivated in their unique journey of healing and self-growth.
I have experience working with a variety of ages who have struggled with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief/loss, trauma, self-esteem issues, and stress management. Prior to being a therapist, I gained experience working with teens in correctional and alternative education settings.
