I am passionate about relationship dynamics, sexuality, sexual orientation, gender identity, communication and intimacy with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I counsel individuals, couples and moresomes on creative relationship structures such as consensual non-monogamy. I also work extensively with mood related challenges, including anxiety, depression and OCD, as well as career transitions. As a member of the polyamorous, LGBTQ, and burner communities, I share my extensive personal and professional experience with clients.
I often help clients with coming out to children and family. I am passionate about consent and teaching how to navigate consent conversations and identifying and honoring boundaries. I also enjoy helping clients develop a different relationship with thoughts and feelings, and making behavioral changes.
I have an authentic, warm presence. I am comfortable with any topics of sexuality and encourage clients not to filter themselves. My creative and empathic approach leads to an array of creative solutions to relational challenges. My experience living these creative relationship structures informs my practice.
