I have 10+ years of experience working with people through emotional pain and struggle that is a natural, but difficult, part of life. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, relationship issues, and periods of stagnation. I have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people pleasing, OCD, bipolar disorder, and the pregnancy and postpartum period. I have a warm, encouraging, honest, strength-based approach to therapy.

My style consists of cognitive behavioral and acceptance commitment therapies. It's important to process and acknowledge past experiences, and to be grounded in the here and now. I draw from CBT and ACT to address current life stressors, help clients develop a new relationship to their thoughts, and live a life that is aligned with their values.
