Most of my career has involved working with adults. My focus has predominately included trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I have served in a myriad of roles- from therapist, EAP, and management consulting. Clinically speaking, I love to do EMDR, CBT, and relationship coaching. I also have been trained to do CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy)and PE (Prolonged Exposure). I am a Navy Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and have a passion for Veterans and their families. After 22 years of working with both Veterans and Native Americans, I can say that I take my job seriously.

I have had the honor of working with so many wonderful people. It's a privilege to hear their success stories after years of being stuck in the same pattern. My approach is to meet you where you are. I want to know what is most important to you so that I can tailor my recommendations to meet your goals.

I spend time with friends and family, cook on occasion, watch shows from the '70s and '80s, and have a lot of stories to tell from living overseas and traveling. I am also pursuing a Doctorate in the Fall of 2020.
