I specialize in working with individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, trauma, impulsive behaviors, and relationship difficulties, including borderline personality traits, PTSD, and substance use.
I provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — a structured, evidence-based treatment that focuses on building real skills and creating lasting change. I am intensively trained through Behavioral Tech Institute and offer the full DBT model, including individual therapy, skills training group and phone coaching.
Many therapists offer “DBT-informed” therapy. Comprehensive DBT is different. I also participate in a DBT consultation team - essential to providing adherent, effective treatment.
I work best with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, struggle with impulsivity or self-harm, or have not made the progress they hoped for in past therapy. Please reach out!

We will meet together to provide support in a Dialectical Skills Training Skills training group. Currently the Monday night group is full but the Tuesday night group has room.
