Most of my work is with sensitive, creative people - artists, entrepreneurs, visionaries, healers - who find themselves stuck in patterns of self-doubt, self-sabotage, paralysis, perfectionism, anxiety, or depression. I have over twenty years of experience in integrative mental health with a background in different forms of psychotherapy (depth work, somatics, and systems perspectives) as well as traditional and functional medicines. (I am also an acupuncturist.) My approach is relational, non-pathologizing, radically holistic, and tailored to each person's unique needs.
Therapy is a collaborative and safe space that helps you connect with your strengths and feel more joy in life.
