Hi! I'm Sarah Lee, LCSW. I have provided therapy in a variety of settings and with various age groups since 2018. I am looking to work with clients who may be struggling to cope with depression, life transitions, anxiety, unprocessed anger/hurt, difficulties with communication, relationship frustrations, conflict. I engage the client in conversation using open-ended questions, focusing on creating a therapeutic alliance and providing a space for open and honest communication.
I truly enjoy listening to clients share their lives with me. It feels like an honor to be trusted with vulnerability. I use a shared decision-making model that is collaborative with my clinical knowledge alongside my client's values and preferences.
