My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma or who are currently navigating a difficult chapter in life. These experiences can leave lasting emotional and physical effects, often making it hard to feel safe, trust others, or manage emotions effectively. Many of my clients face challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or persistent feelings of shame and self-doubt. Some find themselves caught in cycles of avoidance, emotional numbness, or unhelpful coping strategies. I'm committed to creating a caring space for healing, strengthening, and building their resilience.

Each person faces unique challenges, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each of my clients. I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, in addition to using a Client Centered approach. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences at your own pace.
