Therapy helps to reduce our stress level, deepen our understanding of ourselves, improve our relationships and give us a life with more freedom and focus. I see clients struggling with depression/ anxiety, self-esteem, grief, interpersonal relationship issues and life transitions. I specialize in working with adult women with specific training in maternal/paternal mental health, parenting and trauma. I also see adult male clients seeking help with intimacy and interpersonal communication issues. Additionally, I have a sub-specialty in supporting/treating therapists and other helping professionals.
My focus is on providing a therapy space where clients can feel safe, gently-challenged and profoundly-seen. I consider this work sacred and extraordinary. I'm often amazed and moved by the changes my clients experience when they commit to themselves and our work together!
