I’m Sarah Lazar, a licensed professional counselor committed to journeying alongside individuals, as they learn how to improve their mental health, increase their self-esteem, cope with stress, and navigate the complexities of life. My work focuses on adapting each session to meet your individual needs by utilizing a wide range of theoretical approaches like DBT, ACT, and CBT. I believe in creating a focused and compassionate space for you to be your authentic self and for us to work toward improving your mental health together.

I’m passionate about the journey of womanhood, affirming the LGBTQ+ community, and making the world we share a better place. In my free time I sew, play D&D, garden, read fantasy, eat ice cream, play volleyball, and organize food/clothing/hygiene drives for the local community.
