About
With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I help individuals and couples discover, create, and sustain the positive changes they seek in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. However, I have worked with many mental health issues over the years and frequently work with stress, addiction, motivation, intimacy issues, family conflict, life changes/adjustments, grief, communication issues, emotional regulation, parenting, self-esteem, and personal growth and discovery. I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, couples and families.
As your therapist, I am committed to you and your goals for therapy. During session I am entirely present with you and will help you discover and create the change you wish to see in yourself and in your life. Whether it is improving your relationships, untangling long-term issues, or processing difficult emotions and experiences, I am here to help you.
I believe, in order for therapy to work, it is essential to have a safe, non-judgmental, and open therapeutic environment and relationship. I will be with you while you discover who you are and what you want in your life. Throughout this process I will give you the skills you need to achieve your goals. I invite you to contact me to start that journey.
