Life can look successful on the outside and still feel exhausting underneath. If you’re someone others rely on—driven, capable, and used to putting others first—you may struggle to notice your own needs or feel guilty when you do. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, resentment, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I help individuals build self-trust, set clearer boundaries, and create more ease—so you can stay connected to yourself while still showing up for what matters.

I offer a compassionate, grounded, and affirming space where you can slow down, reflect, and show up as your whole self—every side of you, not just the polished or put-together parts. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), self-compassion practices, and attachment-based, trauma-informed care.

I offer consultations to determine fit and share referrals if needed. I see clients in person at comfortable, private offices in two convenient locations: downtown Golden on Tuesdays from 9-5, and NW Denver (29th and Vallejo) on Monday evenings and Fridays from 9–3. I also offer HIPAA-compliant Telehealth sessions most days.
