It is hard to reach out to someone to ask for help especially when you are having to deal with something so personal. Even if that step felt small, I just want to say you're worth it and great job on starting to consider and search for help. If you are dealing with a past trauma, anxiety, depression, sexuality, or spirituality then I would love to be able to help. I love working with individuals to help you overcome the challenges you are having and build a life worth living, whatever that is for you. I pride myself on creating a judgement free space with validation and helping you process and learn what you need to help you grow.
In the clinical field, I have experience and knowledge surrounding these areas with all ages since I started in working in the mental health field in 2010. Through my experience, I have an understanding over all levels of care with mental health. I have had extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Cognitive Behavioral(CBT) & trauma as well.
There are a lot of challenges we all face in our world today, and although they are not the all the same I recognize that we each carry our own burden.
