I believe anyone can benefit from therapy and interpersonal development, and that no one is immune to struggles. My therapeutic approach is empathic, intuitive, and person-centered, to establish healing within the mind, body, and spirit.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. I have over 10 years of experience in counseling and yoga, and work with a wide array of issues utilizing a mindful and holistic perspective.
We are social creatures that need help from others from the very second we are born. It's a natural part of our being and this doesn't change as we grow older. Admitting we need help can be hard at times, but if we honor this fact instead of fight it, our lives are able to become manageable again.
