We all experiences challenges. We might feel stuck or overwhelmed and sometimes we need additional support. Therapy creates opportunities for you to explore your thoughts and feelings so you can better understand and change what's getting in the way of you living as your fullest self. I work with adults and expectant and new parents to address a wide range of challenging feelings and experiences. Our work strengthens your sense of self, your relationships, and your capacity to best respond to life's inevitable changes and challenges.
Together we clarify your values, intentions, and goals. We explore how this moment might also be informed by past relationships and circumstances. We pay attention to the here and now alongside any longstanding feelings or beliefs that might be interfering with your efforts to change and grow.
Therapy is a relationship, and it's our connection and mutual commitment to meet with trust, honesty, and compassion that provides the best foundation for change. Please contact me to set up an initial appointment.
