Using a warm, casual, active style, I help clients find their own way toward growth and health through deep somatic work. In a world that typically looks at the surface, I will work with you to explore the deeper parts of yourself and your life. I primarily use a somatic lens, helping you tune into your body's wisdom and healing. In addition to ketamine assisted therapy, I also offer private Holotropic Breathwork sessions as well as prep and integration sessions for expanded states of consciousness.
I specialize in working with people who want to know themselves in a deeper way, clearing out old patterns and trauma to allow their true selves to emerge. I also work extensively with people who identify outside the heteronormative binary. I affirm all genders and sexual orientations.
I don't believe in a "one size fits all" therapy approach. I work from collaboration and collegiality, and am active in therapy without being directive. I begin by getting to know you in whatever way is comfortable for you, and together we find a direction to begin work. No two clients will work the same way; therapy is an evolving, in-the-moment process.
