I also specialize in infertility, low self-worth, unresolved emotional wounds, stress and overwhelm, somatic symptoms, or individuals who continue to experiences triggers within the context of relationships from unresolved pain from their past.
I am specialized in trauma therapies, such as Brainspotting and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapies and utilize DBT skills. I offer Christian counseling upon request and believe God is the biggest part of ones healing.
