You may feel as though life has finally caught up to you. You’re exhausted and overwhelmed, like you’re barely holding it together. Perhaps you just feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Life is hard, especially when experiencing anxiety, uncertainty, relational conflict or traumatic events. This is where I can help. My clients often come to therapy feeling stressed, unsure, and alone, but after working together, they often feel more present, confident, and connected. Therapy can provide a much-needed space for reflection and healing. With me, you will find a trustworthy guide in this journey.
My therapeutic style is empathic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which greatly informs my practice. I also incorporate other evidence-based modalities such as parts work. In therapy, we will explore your emotional experiences and significant relationships and how those shape the way you think and act.
