Adolescence and childhood come with real challenges: anxiety that won't quiet down, a rocky transition at school, family stress, or questions about substances and peer pressure that feel too big to bring up. If you're a parent watching your child struggle, or a teen who wants a space that's truly your own, I'd like to help. As a part-time children's ministry director, I work closely with children and families each week. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging. I believe every child has inherent worth and a story that deserves to be heard.
My training is rooted in children and adolescent development, with a focus on substance use prevention and early intervention. Through internship and practicum placements in New Jersey schools, I've provided individual counseling, group facilitation, and prevention education for youth ages 6–14.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I want every person and every family to feel like an active partner in the process, not a passenger. Together, we'll build the tools, language, and confidence to navigate challenges that might be too tough to tackle alone.
