Your mental health matters. Therapy is a place where you can find your strength after, or while managing ongoing overwhelming life experiences. I am a clinical psychologist, and specialize in treating post-traumatic stress and anxiety. I have expertise working with first responders, caregivers, and individuals going through major transitions (divorce, loss, new diagnoses). My approach is genuine, collaborative, and based in cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients create positive change, meet goals, and connect to values in the context of whatever challenges arise in service of living a meaningful life.
Together, we will work to identify your goals and develop a tailored treatment plan to meet your goals. I draw from my extensive training and experience, including doctorate work at University of Massachusetts, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Center for PTSD and staff position at VA Boston Healthcare System.
Please call or email me to learn more about our potential work together. I am committed to flexible and culturally responsive care, and welcome clients of all backgrounds.
