Sarah Knoll Counseling provides virtual mental health therapy for individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexities of planning for a child, pregnancy, and the postpartum journey. Whether you're struggling with the transition into parenthood, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or working through relationship challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and supported. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing, which is why I draw on several modalities to support my clients.
As a therapist trained in Perinatal Mental Health, I understand the unique emotional shifts that come with conception, pregnancy, and the early years of parenting. I am also in training for EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through the Touchstone Institute, with a specialized focus on the perinatal population.
Parenthood—whether anticipated, unfolding, or newly begun—can bring both joy and uncertainty.
