Whether this is your first time looking for a counselor, or your fifth, I am glad you landed on my page. My special interests are working with clients who experienced family of origin trauma. I also enjoy helping clients address causes of anxiety and depression and learning effective coping skills. Clients may desire encouragement in life transitions or postpartum, wish to explore communication and boundaries to minimize family conflict, or compassionate support while processing other traumatic events.

My clients may wish to utilize EMDR for trauma processing. My hope is that you will feel less "triggered" by painful memories and more in control of your life. I also utilize REBT to help clients understand and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns.

I feel honored when people share their joys and hardships with me. My hope is to make clients feel comfortable, respected, heard, and supported.
