My name is Sarah, and I'm an Art Therapist and Transpersonal Counselor. I like to think of it as combining creative processing with soul-centered psychotherapy -- I love helping people transform through images. I counsel people who long for emotional/spiritual clarity and purpose, but feel overwhelmed by fear, shame, and grief. Through art therapy, EMDR, IFS, and PsychedeIic-Assisted Psychotherapy, I support clients in the process of exploring neglected areas of the self, so they can find meaning and direction in their lives.

I specialize in using art therapy and EMDR with adult survivors of childhood trauma, and have specific training in working with dissociation and sexual abuse. Healing is often about learning to find safety and nurturing emotional wounds. Through a supportive therapeutic environment, we can works towards emerging wiser and more empowered.
