I am a licensed clinical social worker and a certified perinatal mental health clinician. I have over ten years of experience working with children and adults with a specialization in early childhood mental health, adjustment to new parenthood, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm, and relational. I draw from a blend of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and attachment-based theories to determine a treatment approach that works best for my clients and their specific needs.
I am a certified perinatal mental health professional and am specialized in treating parents struggling with perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I am also experienced in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions/adjustments, and trauma.
I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for all of my clients. My goal is to establish an environment where my clients feel safe to process their innermost thoughts while feeling seen and validated.
