Trauma affects everyone differently. I specialize in trauma and women. I work with my clients to establish what they need to heal from their trauma. Trauma work is hard work but my clients are the experts on how to survive and that is their super power. I have the absolute honor to walk with them on their path to healing. I specialize in trauma as it relates to childhood traumas but I am open to working with all types of trauma. If you are looking for a therapist that does therapy differently, who believes in using hiking and nature as healing tools and who will walk with you on this journey, I will be the right fit for you.
I often tell my clients "I am a different type of therapist" I am a type of therapist who wants you to feel better as fast as possible but at the same time honoring your comfort level. I will help find what tools work for you to manage your symptoms.
