As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and current PhD candidate, I blend clinical experience with research training—and a strong interest in neurobiology and behavioral psychology—to support an integrative, evidence-informed approach to counseling. I use evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions, such as cognitive restructuring, psychoeducation, normalization, CBT, and DBT. Trained in crisis response and trauma interventions, I support clients with challenges ranging from ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

As a therapist, I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental space where direct communication is valued. I enjoy engaging in meaningful dialogue with clients, providing actionable steps to address current challenges. I explore patterns that may be causing challenges and help clients understand how past experiences shape their daily lives.
