I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of CT, VA, NC, and FL with over 10 years of experience providing services to adults, children and families. I offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client(s). My specialty lies in providing evidenced-based therapy techniques that are proven effective in addressing a variety of mental health concerns. Being a military spouse, I had the pleasure of working in a variety of settings to include intensive-in-home services, school based, substance abuse services, outpatient services, and in hospital settings. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CAMS, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
My approach is supportive, empathetic and, above all, pragmatic.
